European Music Collective - Continuum Communalis
Continuum Communalis is driven by the ongoing urge for community-based creation. Since its formation, the European Music Collective has been developing a shared musical language rooted in improvisation. Each member contributes a distinct voice shaped by diverse cultural and artistic backgrounds, and together they weave a constantly shifting, yet precise and distinctive sound. The result is not a fixed composition, but an unfolding dialogue. Following their debut as a featured ensemble at the contemPLAY festival in Vilnius (February 2025), the performance at the Kintai Music Festival marks a new moment in this collective continuation as an ensemble. Christoph Götzen - conducter Ariadna Ene Iliescu - viola Mahtab Miandehi - violin Tord Bremnes Hagbarth - cello Asja Kadic - flute Francesca Fantini - alto saxophone Danielius Daubaras - euphonium Darja Goldberg - accordion Arto Van Roey - electric guitar Ethan Blackburn - piano Mario Calzada - electric piano
